Thank you for purchasing LM Agnese personal care products, including facial cleanser, shampoo, facial mask, and eye cream. We are committed to providing high-quality products and a satisfying shopping experience.
Return & Refund Eligibility
We offer a 7-day return and refund policy starting from the date you receive your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 7 days to request a return or refund, subject to the conditions below.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is:
• incorrect
• damaged
• defective
• different from what you ordered
We will cover 100% of the replacement or refund cost, including shipping fees. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order and provide your order number and photos of the product.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind or no longer wish to keep the product, you may still request a return within 7 days. However:
• Shipping fees will not be refunded.
• Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging where applicable.
Partial Refund for Used Products
If the product has been partially used and you decide that it is not suitable for you, a partial refund may be provided.
Example:
If a product package contains multiple units and some have been used, the remaining unused items must be returned. The refund will be calculated after deducting the value of the used items and applicable shipping fees.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
1. You must contact our customer service team within 7 days after receiving the product.
2. Please provide your order number and details of the items you wish to return.
3. Do not send any items back without contacting us first.
4. Products should be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
Return Address
Please contact our customer service team to obtain the correct return address. Do not send products to the address printed on the package, as it may not be our designated return location.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds will be processed within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 7–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
• Original shipping fees and insurance
• Products purchased from third-party sellers
• Products damaged due to misuse by the customer
• Digital products or gift cards (if applicable)
